Universe Meditation by Dr. Deepak Chopra

Most of us go through life a little afraid, a little nervous, a little excited. We are like children playing hide and seek, wanting to be found, yet hoping we won't be, biting our nails with anticipation. We worry when opportunity approaches a little too closely, and hide deeper in the shadows when fear overcomes us. This is no way to go through life. People who understand the true nature of reality, those whom some traditions call enlightened, lose all sense of fear or concern. All worry disappears. Once you understand the way life really works the flow of energy, information, and intelligence that directs every moment then you begin to see the amazing potential in that moment. Mundane things just don't bother you anymore. You become lighthearted and full of joy. You also begin to encounter more and more coincidences in your life.

Which Command would you use to run a Fortran code?

Fortran is a programming language, which means you write a program in Fortran, and COMPILE it to an EXECUTABLE program. The compiler you use differs depending on which operating system platform you intend to run the program on. If you wish to run the program on a PC using Windows XP, you must first compile it using a specific Fortran-compiler for Windows XP. The result after compiling will be an executable file (with the file-ending .exe). To find a suitable compiler, check out download.com, for instance.

To compile it, you need a Fortan compiler suitable for both your operating system as well as the version of Fortran the code was written for.

There is a free Fortran Compiler for Fortran77 from the GNU Project:

For Windows: http://www.geocities.com/athens/olympus/5564/
For Unix: http://www.gnu.org/software/fortran/fortran.html

Given that you know it is Fortran Code, we can assume that you do not have a compiled one, but just raw Frotran Source code.

The above is correct assuming your question is "Given the Fortran source code, how do I run it?" However if your question is "Given the Fortran executable (ProgName.exe) how do I run it?", the answer is that you run it like any other program. You either: 1 - Double-click on the file name OR 2 - Open a DOS window, go to the directory where the file is and type in the filename with or without the extension .exe OR 3 - You can select Start and Run and type in the filename.

Like any "compilable" language it can be used to build an exe or a dll. But a dll MUST be called by another program to run, you can only run a .exe directly.

How to Know God

God is not a person or a thing but rather a process, according to world-renowned author and spiritual leader Deepak Chopra. The purpose of this ambitious book is to assure readers that anyone can engage in this "process it isn't a matter of faith, religious teaching, innate goodness, luck or some other mysterious factor," Chopra explains. "Our brains are hardwired to find God." This hardwiring is deftly explored as Chopra lists the seven ways humans know God and how they correspond to the anatomy of our human brains. He devotes a chapter to each of the seven visions of God: "Protector," "Almighty," "God of Peace," "Redeemer," "Creator," "God of Miracles," and "Pure Being-I am." In every chapter he asks and answers the same questions for the readers: "Who am I?" "How do I fit in?" "How do I find God?" The format works well, helping to tame this broad discussion while also illuminating the different personality types that are attracted to these seven different visions.

How do you Connect a Laptop to a PC?

U can connect your laptop to a PC. But before that i would like to ask u if u have a network interface card (NIC) installed in ur PC. If u have a lan card installed than what u can do is, Right click on the "My Network Places Icon" and go to properties. There select TCP/IP right click on it and again go to properties. When the page opens select the radio button namely "Obtain ip address automatically." Repeat the similar steps on the "my network places" icon in your laptop also. After that connect your laptop with the pcby using a "cross Cable". If you don't have one u can buy it frm a computer shop. after connecting the two units refresh the laptop and the pc.It ll work.

There are another several ways to connect a laptop to a PC

1) If you have an Ethernet card installed on your laptop and on your PC you can directly connect them with a cross-over LAN cable (in case You don't have network hub). or a straight LAN cable (if you are using a network hub or network switch between the computers)

2) via infrared (laptop and PC must have infraed)

3) Direct cable connect from parallel port to parellal port (help available in windows).

4) Using a Null modem cable from one serial port to the other.

The University of Google: Education in theInformation Age

Looking at schools and universities, it is difficult to pinpoint when education, teaching and learning started to haemorrhage purpose, aspiration and function. Libraries and librarians have been starved of funding. Teachers cram their curriculum with 'skill development' and 'generic competencies' because knowledge, creativity and originality are too expensive to provide to unmotivated students and parents obsessed with league tables, not learning.Meanwhile, the internet offers a glut of information on everything-under-the-sun, a mere mouse-click away. Bored surfers fill their cursors and minds with irrelevancies. We lose the capacity to sift, discard and judge. Information is no longer for social good, but for sale.Tara Brabazon argues that this information fetish has been profoundly damaging to our learning institutions and to the ambitions of our students and educators.
